Recent projects.
Building for the web since 2015; this is the current work. Not concepts, not redesign mockups — working software with real users, real data, and a deployment history. One of the marketing sites below is deployed in parallel to the client's existing site for review and is labelled as such; the rest carry live production traffic.
01SaaS Platform
Mobile Service Sync
Multi-tenant CRM for mobile service operators
A vertical SaaS CRM for mobile oil change operators. Jobber and Housecall Pro are general-purpose; this one knows what a 2019 Silverado takes, what the filter costs from a real distributor, and the fastest order to hit today's eight stops.
02Web App
RWCBM
A private members' network, web and mobile
A private hall where members list their companies, post what they are building, and ask each other for help. Invite-only, with a privacy model designed around the fact that a business phone number and a personal one are not the same thing.
03Mobile App
RWCBM Mobile
React Native companion app
The phone client for RWCBM. Same members, same database, same API — five tabs, deep links, and push notifications, built on Expo so one codebase ships to both stores.
04Marketing Site
The Poo Patrol
WordPress rescue, rebuilt static
A WordPress and Avada site on shared hosting, rebuilt as a fully static Next.js app. Every old permalink still resolves, all 23 blog posts came across, and the service area grew to 52 town pages.
05SaaS Platform
Poo Patrol Ops
The operations platform behind the business
The private half of The Poo Patrol. Where the public site takes bookings, this runs the company: crews, routes, payroll, receivables, ad spend, and the alerts that fire when a number moves the wrong way.
06Marketing Site
Low-Key Locksmith
60 static pages from four data files
A mobile locksmith covering three Utah counties and 43 cities. Every page prerenders at build time, so it runs on Vercel's free tier with no server cost and no cold starts.
07SaaS Platform
NXR Advertiser Studio
Ad inventory portal and review desk
A two-sided advertising portal. Advertisers browse a podcast network, buy packages or build a campaign slot by slot, and upload creative. The network runs the other side: inventory, review, and placement.
08SaaS Platform
Home Service Freedom
Agency analytics for home service businesses
Clients connect their Jobber account and get one dashboard covering their business numbers and the results of the agency's Meta and Google marketing. The agency manages every client from the same app.
09Nonprofit
Deafinitely Dogs
Nonprofit rebuild and content migration
A service dog nonprofit — hearing dogs, PTSD and psychiatric service dogs, facility dogs, and puppy raising — moved off legacy shared hosting onto a modern static build with its full blog archive intact.
10Marketing Site
Oil To Go
Local service site with server-side ad tracking
Mobile oil change in Cedar Rapids — a fast static site with a serverless function behind it that reports conversions to Meta server-side, so tracking survives browser blocking.
11Marketing Site
K&J Shine Works
Auto detailing, rebuilt off WordPress
A single-page detailing site built to replace a WordPress install, deployed in parallel so the client can compare the two before committing the domain.
