Container homes from Utah County, every model priced on its own page
A builder in American Fork, Utah, that turns shipping containers into homes: eight of them, from a single 20 ft studio to three containers on two levels, and a mobile office. Each has its own page with its starting price, its floor plan and a quote form that already knows which one the visitor was reading. The look is the company's own, taken from its sales sheets: the condensed type they are set in, the cream they are printed on, the green of the lockup and the ember rule under its name.

What an assistant reads before it recommends a business: robots.txt, the llms.txt and the structured data. Run the same checker on your own site.
Score my siteGeneralContractor, Product and Offer
The company on every page and each model as a Product with its starting price, the line-up as an ItemList, all from the same file the pages read.
A link preview for every page
All 17 pages in the sitemap draw their own card, so a model texted to a partner arrives as its name, its size and its price.
15 assistants admitted by name
robots.txt names each crawler, and points at an llms.txt generated from the line-up, with how to request a quote.
The problem
There was no website. What the company had said in public was nine sales sheets, one per model, exported as flat images. The prices, sizes and floor plans were all in them, but none of it could be searched, linked or read on a phone, and the renderings in them were around 800 pixels wide at best. The owners wanted a visitor to leave ready to buy, so the price could not sit behind a form.
What got built
Every price, size and feature was transcribed from the sheets into one file, and the pages, the structured data, the link previews and the llms.txt all read from it, so a price corrected once is corrected everywhere. A build script cuts each rendering and plan out of its sheet. The renderings were then re-rendered at 2K from their own crops, the same building, angle and light made sharp, but the floor plans were never redrawn: each was upscaled four times and read against the sheet character by character, because a dimension is the one thing on a plan that has to be exact, and the upscaler had turned a foot mark into an inch mark on one of them. Every picture is labelled as a rendering. The one moment of motion is a drawing in the brand's flat manner: a finished container home lowered on the crane's slings onto its piers, the rigging lifted away and the window lit, because the last step of a build is walking in. The quote form is a server action that works with JavaScript off, and each request reaches the owners as a designed email with the model, where it is going, and a reply button.
Details worth naming
- Eight homes and an office, each on its own page: the starting price beside what it covers, the specification from the sheet, the floor plan, and a quote form with that model already chosen.
- The company's own world, sampled from its sales sheets: Oswald set the way their headlines are, the cream they print on, the lockup's forest green and the ember rule under CONSTRUCTION.
- 28 renderings re-rendered at 2K from the sheets' own crops, and nine floor plans upscaled with every wall and dimension checked against the original.
- A set-down drawn for this business alone, with a designed still for reduced motion: the container already down, the window lit, no rigging.
- Every quote request arrives as an email in the company's palette, with the model linked, where it is going, and Reply and Call buttons.
- A night palette designed as a container at dusk, the light every rendering was made in, rather than an inversion of the day.
