NXR Advertiser Studio
Selling podcast ads without the email thread
Advertisers see what is genuinely available, buy a package or build a campaign slot by slot, and upload their own creative. The network works one queue instead of an inbox: what sold, what needs review, and what runs where. Nobody has to remember which email had the current availability.

The problem
Selling ad inventory over email does not scale past a handful of advertisers. Availability goes stale, creative arrives in whatever format the advertiser felt like, and nobody can say which insertion ran where.
What got built
Two selling models in one domain model: fixed packages the desk places, and à-la-carte slots the advertiser picks with live availability. Creative moves through a review queue with approve, request-revisions, and deny states, and resubmissions are versioned rather than overwritten, so the history of what changed survives.
Details worth naming
- Campaign builder showing live inventory availability as slots are selected.
- Creative review queue with approve, request-revisions, and deny paths, and versioned resubmission.
- Placement board for the desk to fill network-placed packages against real inventory.
- Public network pages with per-show rate cards, published audience detail, and full à-la-carte pricing.

Pass all nine. Nobody else does yet.
Tell us what the business does and where. Within a day you will have a straight answer on what an AI-friendly site takes to build, what it costs to run, and what we would cut. If the honest answer is that you do not need to build anything, that is the answer you get.
Or skip the form entirely. hello@pinelandtech.com reaches a person, not a queue.
