Low-Key Locksmith
60 static pages from four data files
A mobile locksmith covering three Utah counties and 43 cities. Every page prerenders at build time, so it runs on Vercel's free tier with no server cost and no cold starts.

The problem
Local service search rewards genuine city-level pages and punishes the thin kind — one paragraph with the place name swapped. The site needed 43 of them, each actually worth reading, without 43 hand-maintained files.
What got built
Four data files drive the entire site: business facts, locations, services, and crawler policy. Change the phone number in one of them and every call-to-action, schema block, footer, and sticky mobile bar updates together. Each city entry carries its own ZIPs, coordinates, ETAs, landmarks, and local notes — the data model makes thin pages awkward to write on purpose.
Details worth naming
- All 60 pages prerender at build time — no server runtime, no cold starts, no hosting bill.
- 43 city pages with distinct local copy, ZIP codes, coordinates, response times, and landmarks.
- One config file is the source of truth for the phone number across every CTA, schema block, and footer.
- A published AI crawler policy that generates robots.txt and the human-readable page from the same file, so the two cannot drift.
