Sites that load instantly and stay that way.
Marketing sites, service-area pages, and rebuilds off WordPress. Every page renders at build time and serves from a CDN, so there is no runtime to patch and nothing standing between a visitor and your phone number. A rebuild keeps the permalinks, and the search traffic that came with them. We host and monitor what we build, so it is still fast a year later.
01Web App
RWCBM
A private members' network, web and mobile
A private hall where members list their companies, post what they are building, and ask each other for help. Invite-only, with a privacy model designed around the fact that a business phone number and a personal one are not the same thing.
02Marketing Site
K&J Shine Works
Auto detailing, rebuilt off WordPress
A single-page detailing site that replaced the client's WordPress install. Built and deployed in parallel so the two could be compared side by side, then cut over to the real domain once the client signed off.
03Marketing Site
The Poo Patrol
WordPress rescue, rebuilt static
A WordPress and Avada site on shared hosting, rebuilt as a fully static Next.js app. Every old permalink still resolves, all 23 blog posts came across, and the service area grew to 52 town pages.
04Marketing Site
Low-Key Locksmith
60 static pages from four data files
A mobile locksmith covering three Utah counties and 43 cities. Every page prerenders at build time, so there is no server in the request path, no cold start, and nothing to patch between a customer locked out at midnight and a phone number.
05Nonprofit
Deafinitely Dogs
Nonprofit rebuild and content migration
A service dog nonprofit covering hearing dogs, PTSD and psychiatric service dogs, facility dogs, and puppy raising, moved off legacy shared hosting onto a modern static build with its full blog archive intact.
06Marketing Site
Oil To Go
Local service site with server-side ad tracking
Mobile oil change in Cedar Rapids, on a fast static site with a serverless function behind it that reports conversions to Meta server-side, so tracking survives browser blocking.
