Herbal remedies from Krum, Texas, and a finder that narrows the shelf to what fits
Morgan Murphy's small batch herbal remedies from Krum, Texas, with a remedy finder at the heart of the shop. A handful of questions (who it is for, what is going on, a pregnancy, a medicine or an allergy, tea or drops) narrow her shelf to what fits, and anything her notes say to avoid is left out rather than ranked lower. The answer is up to three picks and what pairs with them, priced from the live store and added to the basket without leaving the page.

The problem
Morgan makes remedies for mothers who want something they feel good about giving their family, and the question they bring is rarely which product. It is what is right for this person: a toddler, a second trimester, someone on a blood thinner. Her shelf runs to teas, tinctures, alcohol-free glycerites and salves across seven needs, and the answer lived in her head and on her labels. She had written it down as a quiz map for a quiz app on the Wix site she built herself, and she asked for a site that lets a visitor drill down to what they want without being overwhelmed.
What got built
The finder is her map, run by the site. Every remedy carries the four answers her map gives it (who it is for, its focus, its form and how it is used) and the cautions that rule it out. Where the map left a gap it was filled from the remedy's own label and marked as such in the code, and where the map and a label disagree on safety, the stricter of the two is kept. A question whose answer could not change the result is not asked. The results are drawn on the server from the live store: anything off sale or sold out is stepped over, the names, prices and photographs are the store's, and the answers ride in the address, so a result can be shared or reopened. Any medicine, a ragweed or bee allergy, a baby under six months, or nothing left to suggest puts her twenty minute consultation first. Around it is the shop: every product, size, price and word of copy carried over from Wix, payment on Morgan's own Stripe account, and the look of her own labels, an old apothecary's printed label in forest green on cream, set in the face her logo uses, with a lamp-lit kitchen palette for dark mode.
Details worth naming
- Find The Right Remedy lives at /quiz, the address her Wix quiz had, and is linked from the home page, the shop shelves, search, the phone menu and the footer.
- Safety answers are filters, never a lower score: three trimesters and nursing, eight kinds of medicine and four allergies or sensitivities, each ruling out every remedy her notes say to avoid with it.
- Up to three picks and up to three remedies that pair with them, each added at the size chosen without leaving the page, or ticked as a set and added in one go.
- Each pick says why it is there (the need, the form, daily or as needed) and anything worth knowing before starting it, such as a herb that is not for before the third trimester.
- A product new to the store reaches the finder only once its own entry, cautions included, is written into the map, so nothing is suggested to anybody before its warnings are.
- Every tea whose directions give minutes carries a steep timer, and the cup on it darkens to amber as it steeps.
- Every one of the 53 addresses in the Wix sitemap still answers, on the page that replaced it, so nothing that linked to the old shop broke.
Inside the product
Captured from the live site on 22 October 2026, the day after launch. The finder is answering for a woman who wants something calming, as a tea, every day. Nothing was added to a basket.
