This is our real rate card, not a number invented to make the offer look bigger. The build is $5,900 on it. You pay $1,000 of that when you sign, and two years of hosting at its ordinary price covers the rest. We would rather host a site for two years than invoice a build once.

It is nine checks, and every one is in this price. When somebody asks an assistant who does what you do, it reads a plain text file at your address before it names anyone. The checks are whether that file exists, whether it is about your business, whether it carries your phone number and your prices, whether your robots.txt lets the assistants' crawlers in and points at the file, and whether the page says the same thing in structured data. We ran them on 281 trades businesses in September 2026 and none passed all nine. Every site we build does, on the day it launches, and the build fails if it would not. The term is the catch, and it is printed above. The build is $5,900 on our price list. You pay $1,000 of it when you sign, and two years of hosting at its ordinary price pays for the rest. That is why the term exists, and why the remaining months are still owed if you leave early.
Yes, and a rebuild is usually the better version of this. We keep the addresses your pages already have, so the rankings and the links that point at you carry over instead of turning into a page that cannot be found. Most of the sites listed above were somebody else's site first.
Then you are buying either an add-on or a bigger tier, and we will say so on the call rather than after the agreement is signed. A sixth page is an add-on with a price on the list. A blog, a CMS, or a dozen pages is the Professional tier. The same monthly arrangement can be built around a larger project; the figure just changes, and it is agreed before anything starts.
