$5,804 of that stays in the business, and none of it leaves the business in the first month, which is usually the part that matters. We are betting that a site we host for two years is worth more to us than a build we invoice once.

A site bought outright at the full price carries nothing.

A call, or an email
Twenty minutes on what the business does, who it sells to, and what the site has to make happen. If a website is not what you need, that is the answer you get, and it costs nothing.

You sign, and put a card on file
The agreement says what is being built and what it costs. A card goes on file before the work starts, and it is not charged yet. Nothing is due until the site is live.

We build it
Two to four weeks from the day the content is in hand. You see it on a private address, on your phone, before anybody else does, and you get two rounds of changes.

It launches, and the first invoice goes out
The site moves onto your domain, we take over the hosting, and the plan starts. Every month after that is the same figure on the same date.
Tell us what the business does.
You will hear back within one business day from the person who would build the site, with a straight answer on whether this offer fits. If a website is not what you actually need, we will say that instead, and it will not cost you anything.
No sales team, no discovery deck, and nobody calling you twice a day for a fortnight. There is one of us, and he answers his own email.

These are clauses out of the agreement you would sign, written the way they will be explained on the call. Nothing below appears for the first time at signature.
- The hosting agreement runs for twenty four months from launch. Cancelling inside it does not cancel the remaining payments, which is the only reason the build can be included at all.
- After the term it continues month to month at the same price, and either of us can end it with thirty days written notice.
- The included hour of changes is per month and does not roll over. Anything larger is quoted from the same price list before it is started.
- Extra pages, a blog, online booking, payments, or a logo are real work and are quoted separately. The offer is the tier above, not everything we sell.
- Your footer carries a small credit line that links back to us. It is part of what pays for a build at this price, and it stays for as long as the plan does. A site bought outright at the full price carries nothing.
- Your domain registration, and anything else bought from somebody else on your behalf, is billed at what it actually costs.
- Sales tax is added where the state says it applies. Iowa does not tax website design or hosting.
The four we get asked every time.
- Where is the catch?
- The term is the catch, and it is printed above. Two years of hosting at a fair price is what pays for the build, so the build does not need to be paid for up front. If the site were cheap to run we would not need the term, and if you leave early the remaining months are still owed.
- I already have a website. Does this work for a rebuild?
- Yes, and a rebuild is usually the better version of this. We keep the addresses your pages already have, so the rankings and the links that point at you carry over instead of turning into a page that cannot be found. Most of the sites listed above were somebody else's site first.
- What if I need more than five pages?
- Then you are buying a bigger tier and we will say so on the call rather than after the agreement is signed. The same monthly arrangement can be built around a larger project. The figure just changes.
- Can I pay for the build outright instead?
- Yes. The price list is the price list: the build is quoted as a project, and the plan afterwards is one hundred and forty five a month with no term at all. This offer exists for owners who would rather keep the cash in the business.
